Two Simple Weight Loss Tips
- Eat more frequently. I know it sounds counter-intuitive, but it’s true. Snacking between meals (with healthy snacks of course) will curb your appetite and help balance your blood sugar. When done right, your cravings will lessen and your energy levels should improve. Try it for a week and let me know what you think.
- Don’t give up your favorite foods. What?! That’s right! Keep eating what you love, but here’s the caveat: You must make it priority number one to add healthy fruits and vegetables (more vegetables than fruits) to each one of your meals and snacks. If you keep this a habit, you should eventually adopt new favorite foods that are healthier, while your cravings for a lot of the not so good food will subside. For example, if you have to have pizza, make sure you’re having a large salad also. Try this for a month and see what happens.
